Winterberg or Winter Mountain is a popular ski resort, although there is plenty to do during other seasons. We came to the Adventure Mountain Kappe (Erlebnisberg Kappe) in April, when there was no more snow and little of tourists, find information and map of this place here https://www.erlebnisbergkappe.de/en/ . We sat there in a very cozy restaurant with a children's corner Panorama Restaurant & Café, took a ride on a rodelbahn, played on children's playgrounds, there are several of them there.
