There is an unusual ski club in the "Materik" shopping center in Kyiv, where you can learn to ski on a special mountain ski simulator. The simulator is represented by the slides that move upwards and are lubricated with special liquid. First time you need only to listen to the instructor and try to stay on the ski. The skis and boots used there are real. A training session lasts for about 15 minutes, but for untrained legs it will be enough :)
