There is an absolutely unknown, but very beautiful attraction in the industrial town of Turda - it's an old salt mine. Salt was mined here since ancient times, the first mention dates back 1075 .official website . The mine works year-round, the temperature inside is constant (12° C). If you come in the summer, better be earlier, as the place is popular and big queues are possible.
