Klimaturm Melle-Buer observation tower

The observation tower was opened in March 2015 on the site of the renovated Friedenshöhe observation tower. The new tower was built for the purpose of education about climate change. Digital tools such as the Klimaturm app and the KlimaKing quiz are available on site and can be used on smartphones and tablets. Visitors without mobile devices can print the materials in advance from the PDF.














As you can see from the signs, there are 3 towers built on this hill.


We only visited one, the second one can be seen from above.


Getting there: parking lot 52.236639, 8.393222. Then walk to the tower, there is a map of the walking trail near the parking lot.
