The picturesque castle (palace) on the banks of Lake Grinericksee in the city of Reinsberg. Until the Thirty Years War (1618 - 1648) here was a Renaissance castle, surrounded by a moat. After being damaged, it changed the owner several times and in 1734 was bought by the Prussian king Friedrich Wilhelm I for his son, crown prince Frederick. The latter moved here with his wife and the castle was rebuilt. Later it was rebuilt several times.

Near the castle is a huge garden, and along the shores of the lake there are walking paths. You can go to the obelisk, built on the other side of the lake in honor of the heroes of the Seven Years War. Along the way, we found some old crypt.
