Brody

Brody is primarily known for gas pipeline of the same name. Most residents of Ukraine have heard about this town because of it.

Nevertheless, the town has interesting places. For example a beautiful half-timbered tower on the Market square.


The square itself is not the typical market square and not all houses have been preserved here.


On the streets of Zolota, Armenian, Russian you can find a lot of beautiful buildings.

Tyszkiewicz Palace, now a foresty, in a very good condition.


Brody has even a castle (1630-1635) with another palace. However, they are in a very bad condition.

Getting there: Brody are located on the road Kyiv - Lviv, there is a train station here. Also can be easily reached by bus from the city or Ternopil.
