We visited Snyatyn to see one of the highest town halls in Ukraine, which was built in 40 years starting from 1861. It is located on the main street of Shevchenko, along which we walked.

The tower was built for the prestige of the city, but also was used as an observation tower for monitoring fires.

Getting there: bus from the bus station №3 in Chernivtsi (30-40 minutes). The town is located on the route Ivano-Frankivsk - Kolomyia - Chernivtsi.
