Capdepera Lighthouse (Far de Capdepera)

There are quite a lot of lighthouses in Mallorca; we stopped at the easternmost cape, where stands the Capdepera lighthouse, built in 1861. It is impossible to approach the lighthouse itself, since it operates, but you can walk around, it is quite picturesque place.






Getting there: you can drive by car directly to the lighthouse N 39 42.940 E 3 28.549. From Palma, you can take bus 411 to the C / Reis Catòlics stop (schedule and map), then 1700 meters on foot to the lighthouse.
