The glacial Biograd Lake is located at an altitude of more than 1 kilometer. The lake is located in the Biogradska Gora National Park and is the largest of the lakes in the park. Some forests around the lake are virgin with trees that are more than 1,000 years old. There's a 3 km long ecological trail around the lake. Also you can find here a restaurant and a tourist center of the Biogradska Gora park with information about the walking routes.

If you're lucky and the weather is calm, you can observe a gorgeous scenery.

Getting there: Look for a sign to Biogradska Gora on the Kolasin - Mojkovac road near a bridge. There's a good road to the lake (4 km). Most visitors arrive by tourist buses and cars. Train from Belgrade to Bar stops at the Mojkovac and Kolasin stations, at a distance of 10-15 km from the lake, so you can use a taxi. There are regular bus services on the road between the towns, but in this case you need to walk 4 km from the road to the lake.
