Stopped in here while walking around the city. There is a small children's corner.


Restaurant in Erlebnis-Zoo Hannover (52.382083, 9.770056, 3.7 km)

In the 2024 survey, the playground at the zoo is recognised as the best in the city. There is also a simple restaurant nearby. Of course, there is a fee to enter the zoo itself.

Probably the most popular family restaurant in Hanover, we come here regularly. There is a small children's playground right next to the tables, and a children's corner inside. If you have a small child, it is very convenient to sit at a table right next to the children's corner. Although there are usually a lot of people, there are always free tables near the children's corner.

Frickes Erdbeer-Café am See (52.309139, 9.683083, 11 km)

Strawberry Café, open during the strawberry picking season, from around mid-May, check the website for exact dates and opening times. There is a large lake near the cafe, along which there are many tables. Children's area is located about 70 metres from the cafe, you need to walk around the lake. There are a lot of people, but the territory is also large, the place is pleasant.

Good children's playground, located about 20 metres from the tables, in direct line of sight, but some elements are already falling apart. We have been here several times. The restaurant is popular, it is better to book, although we always got a table without booking.

Cafe and farm shop, have come here several times to eat farmer's ice cream from the machine. Not many tables, in good weather it's likely to be full, don't know if they have reservations. But you can sit on the grass. The playground is nice, located right by the tables, there is a water playground. All in all, a very nice and pleasant place.

There is a sandpit with toys near the tables and a small playground, but you can't see it from the tables. You can go there while you are waiting for your food. There are also goats and possibly other pets there. There is a small car park on site 52.574583, 9.719111. Many people park along the road, but our friends have received a fine for such parking, it is better not to do so.

Nice village restaurant. There is a children's playground, but it is quite broken. You can buy fodder in the restaurant and feed the goats, there are a lot of them there, our daughter liked it very much. There is a children's corner inside, but we did not see it.

The bird park has several restaurants and good playgrounds. The closest one to the entrance and exit is a huge and good playground with a simple restaurant. The only downside is that the entrance to the bird park is quite expensive.


Die Insel Restaurant (52.104278, 9.351944, 67 km)

Nice restaurant, located on an island on the river Weser, in the middle of Hameln. There is a new, good children's playground near the restaurant. It is about 20 metres away from the tables, but only a few tables have a direct view of the playground. Parking in the shopping centre next door 52.105833, 9.354583.
