18 kilometers from the center of Larnaca there is a Camel Park, a great fun for kids and adults. For little money you can buy a bag of carob and feed the "ships of the desert". They like this food very much. You can also take a camel ride. Besides the camels there is a small zoo here with other animals, swimming pool, playground and a Bedouin tent.

Getting there: The park is located in the Mazotos village and can be reached by bus #407 (timetable, map) from the Finikoudes bus stop in Larnaca. To return, find a schedule at this website. You are going from the Mazotos Camel Park bus stop to the Finikoudes bus stop (or yours).
