Playa del Pozo in Corralejo National Park

Corralejo National Park is a popular place to walk the sand dunes, we saw hundreds of tourists doing this activity. There is no special place with the most beautiful dunes as they move around, so just drive along the road through the park and stop wherever is interesting. In 2023, the highest number of tourists was here 28.725806, -13.842806. Keep in mind that there is a more interesting and less accessible place with dunes on the island, El Jable.

There are huge sandy beaches all along the park. Given their distance from the infrastructure, they are quite deserted.

It is worth mentioning that a new good motorway bypassing the park has already been built, so at any moment the traffic through the park may be closed.








A large-scale chase from the film Wonder Woman 1984 (2020) was filmed in the park.


To film the final chase scene, a set was built at this location 28.725806, -13.842806. Curiously, in the next second, Gal Gadot and Chris Pine are already in Almeria.
