Flydalsjuvet Lookout

A popular observation deck on the road between Geiranger fjord and Dalsnibba mountain. It offers the same view of the fjord as the mountain, only much closer.


To the right there are stones which hang over the abyss, popular dangerous photospot.


Given that there are a lot of tourists here, the Norwegians came up with an interesting option for garbage cans, hiding them underground.


Getting there: parking right next to the lookout N 62 05.392 E 7 13.391. There is a tourist bus from Geiranger (27 EUR, 2019), which visits two viewpoints, information is here.
