Bagni San Filippo is a known Italian thermal spa that was used even by the ancient Romans. Waterfalls in the forest create small white lakes with hot water (52 degrees Celsius). The water is recommended for treatment of neurological diseases, diseases of the joints, bones, ear, nose, throat, respiratory system and skin diseases. You can enter the lakes for free. We visited the thermal pool, which belongs to the Terme San Filippo hotel (10-12 euros). Actually, we planned to visit also the natural lakes and pass to them via the pool, but didn't find any trail. We understood that we made a mistake when we saw the photos.

The Tuscany region is rich in thermal springs, we visited only one, but there's at least a dozen of them here.
