Kitzbühel in Summer

Kitzbühel is considered one of the best place for a ski vacation in Austria. We traveled there in the summer. It's a great place to stay in a hotel for 3-4 days and visit a lot of interesting places in the area. We chose the Lisi Family Hotel (booking.com) and if you travel by car, with children, then take it without hesitation, it is the best that we found in the region (all-inclusive option is available).

The town is very clean and well-maintained, I would even say "polished", which is not surprising, given the status of a leading resort. The center is small, you can get around it in a couple of hours.

By the way, we were surprised to learn that Haddaway, one of the most popular Eurodance singers of the 90s, lives in Kitzbühel.
