Mukachevo is primarily known for
castle Palanok, the major tourist attraction in Zakarpattia region. But the city also has a cosy old center. It is small and easily visited in one hour. We marked main streets on the following map (the same location in
google.maps), also you can walk along a promenade of a Latorica river.

Getting there: On the overnight train from Kiev or by car on the highway Kyiv - Chop. There are also quite comfortable flights to Uzhgorod by Motor Sich.
