Cape Blank is a picturesque place with high banks and a beautiful white lighthouse, built in 1863. You cannot visit the lighthouse itself, since it is operational, but you can walk around freely. We came here from Palma specifically to meet the sunset.

It is curious that now the lighthouse works on electricity, but earlier worked on paraffin, acetylene and even on olive oil. In the background is visible one of the anti-piracy defense towers of the Torre Vigía de Cap Blanc.

The shores here are really high. In 1878, a ship crashed near a lighthouse and the keeper managed to descend with a rope from a height of 83 meters and save 4 crew members.
