Zatoka is one of budget beach resorts in Ukraine. Wide sandy beaches and proximity of such tourist sites as Odessa, Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and Vylkovo make this place very attractive. Another advantage - getting here from Kiev takes not so much time as to Crimea.
However, there is nothing else in Zatoka except the sea. It's a typical small town with old Soviet style cinemas, discos and a market. Recreation sites here are also mostly Soviet style, but the one where we stayed was more or less nice, with a large well-maintaned territory and a private beach.
Getting there: By train to Odessa, then by minibus or local train from the railway station. It will take you an hour to get there.
