City park in Bucha

City park in Bucha is located on an area of ​​42 hectares and was opened in 2011. More then $1 million was spent for it's construction. Park is located 20 kilometers away from Kyiv and it's convenient to travel here on the weekend. On the territory there are skate park, mini zoo, playground, rope park, several cafes. Curiously, throughout the park there is also free Wi-Fi.

Visitors are greeted by a beautiful rotunda and french patio which are very popular with honeymooners.




The park is very beautiful and well maintained, one of the best in Ukraine. Various sculptures and installations are placed throughout the park.
























There is an alley of trees planted by famous ukrainian people.


There are also 10 kilometers of bicycle paths, bikes can be rented at the entrance.


Mini zoo did not work at the time of our visit, only raccoon and fox were there.


In addition to small lakes park also has a large lake.




Getting there: Bucha can be reached by different minibuses from the metro station Sviatoshyn in Kyiv, for example 380, 381, 387, 746, 816, 817. Entrance to the park is marked on the map below.
